Welcome to The Cobbler.

Your new favorite coffee shop nestled between the antique shops on historic Main Street in Aurora, Oregon

The Cobbler Coffee Shop opened in late 2025 in a c. 1886 log house, one of only three surviving log Colony structures in Aurora. The shop was opened and designed by interior designer Max Humphrey, who has always fueled his vintage shopping with good coffee.

The space mixes vintage finds, classic patterns, and a bit of personality, with many furnishings and details sourced from Aurora Mills Architectural Salvage, right here in town. An emphasis on comfort makes the space especially cozy, with room to settle in and stay awhile.

The coffee menu was built with an emphasis on Oregon-based makers whenever possible. Coffee comes from Portland roaster Dear Francis, with matcha from Mizuba, chai from Tanglewood, tea from Herald Tea, and chocolate sauces and syrups from Holy Kakow. Pastries are baked daily by B’s Bakeshop, just down the road in Canby.
